Two weeks remain to sponsor an ad in our Sponsor Booklet.
Please use the contact me button if you are interested in supporting EHH and helping us help families who have kids with cancer. For ad layout info, visit: https://emilyshopefulholiday.wordpress.com/coupon-sponsor-recognition-booklet-info/.
By sponsoring an ad, you are showing your support to families who have kids fighting cancer. The Sponsor Booklets are handed out at our annual event to approximately 200 people. This year’s event is at Ziggy’s in Amherst, OH on November 10th, from 3-7. It includes, many raffle items, entertainment (this year’s band is Me & My Brother), and dine to donate – 15% back to EHH from Ziggy’s.
Raffle donations are also being accepted now. Raffles are one of our biggest money makers. Without the help and support of family, friends, and local businesses, we could not keep EHH going. Some great ideas to donate are: lottery basket, Italian theme, OSU, etc. We have friends who donate in memory of someone, or simply just want to be part of making a direct impact on families who have kids with cancer. 100% of ALL money raised, goes directly to families to help them pay bills while their kids are being treated for cancer.
This year’s raffles will again include the Apple MacBook Air ($1100 value), our huge 50/50, a 10 person party pack to the new Skyzone, Westlake, a four pack of tickets to Cedar Point, our ever-popular Put-In Bay package which includes transportation, accommodations, dining, and tour package, FOUR watches donated by Marzavas & Sons, tickets to an upcoming show at The Q which will be announced, among many other amazing prizes.
Save the date — and hope to see you there! Thank you to everyone who continues to support EHH.

Thanks for your patience…there were a few glitches but all have been resolved. You may have seen some “fees” added onto your payment, those no longer exist.
Making an online purchase with your credit card is as easy as clicking the below tab. I will be notified of your purchase and will take care of processing your tickets. If you purchase General Raffle tickets, be sure to answer the question during the transaction so I know where to put your tickets. You will receive an email as your receipt. You can also purchase via check by following this link: https://emilyshopefulholiday.wordpress.com/instructions-for-pre-ordering-raffle-tickets/
IF YOU ARE PURCHASING GENERAL RAFFLE TICKETS VIA CREDIT CARD, YOU WILL BE PROMPTED WITH A QUESTION AS TO HOW YOU WANT YOUR TICKETS DISTRIBUTED DURING THE TRANSACTION. I WILL THEN PROCESS YOUR TICKETS.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support Emily’s Hopeful Holiday yesterday. We could not have done this without the help from:
- THE VERY GENEROUS SPONSORS WHO PROVIDED ITEMS FOR RAFFLE, REFRESHMENTS FOR GUESTS, AND FOOD FOR THE VOLUNTEERS
- THE SEVEN — VERY GENEROUS — HOME SHOW HOSTS: SOUTHERN LIVING AT HOME, SILPADA, DESIGNS BY DESANN, TUPPERWARE, SCENTSY, MARYKAY & TASTEFULLY SIMPLE WHO ARE DONATING 75% OF THE DAY’S COMMISSION TO EHH
- ALL THE VOLUNTEERS WHO HELPED ME BEFORE, DURING & AFTER THE OPEN HOUSE — YOU GUYS ARE SO AMAZING!
- AMHERST HIGH SCHOOL’S: THE HARMONETTES, MRS. STENCIL, MRS. AGOSTIN, MRS. AGOSTIN’S MOTHER ON PIANO, ALONG WITH THE ST. JOSEPH SCHOOL SINGERS, AND G-FORCE – THE GENDICS FAMILY REVUE FOR DONATING THEIR TIME & AMAZING TALENT TO EHH;
- EVERYONE FOR ALL YOUR DONATIONS, BUYING RAFFLE TICKETS, PURCHASES, AND COMING OUT TO SHOW YOUR SUPPORT FOR A CAUSE THAT IS SO VERY CLOSE TO OUR HEARTS.
THANK YOU — THANK YOU — THANK YOU — THANK YOU — THANK YOU — THANK YOU — THANK YOU — THANK YOU — THANK YOU!
I’M STILL IN THE PROCESS OF ADDING UP HOW MUCH WE MADE AND WILL POST THE FINAL NUMBER HERE WHEN I HAVE IT. I AM STILL RECEIVING DONATIONS THROUGH THIS WEBSITE ….THANK YOU.
We will always remember the fear and heartache of chemo treatments, lumbar punctures, sedations, medical procedures, and anxiously waiting on every test result. Our nerve wracking, yet relatively simply monthly trips to the Ireland Cancer Center for Emily’s monthly check-ups remind us of where we have been and that there are families and children just beginning this journey, continuing to endure this journey, and/or ending this journey with either an immense gratefulness or an unspeakable sadness. We will NEVER forget any of these families. We simply cannot.
We are so grateful for Emily’s amazing prognosis, for her health, for her laughter, for her smile, for her silliness, for her. We thank God everyday for his blessing upon our family and for all the wonderful people who surround our lives with love and support.

Hi everyone…
I am so pleased with all the hits I’ve been getting on this website. Thank you! I had nearly 200 in one day. And thank you to those who have already purchased your raffle tickets online. Your tickets have been processed and you are in the raffle for the prizes you’ve chosen.
I’d like to hear what everyone thinks of the baskets and if you plan on attending the fundraiser, purchasing tickets, etc. We are planning a great day on November 7 with great entertainment, great refreshments, great prizes, and of course, it’s all for a great cause.
I receive periodic updates on people we’ve met through our journey who are still going through their ordeal. We’ve been blessed beyond measure that the toughest part of our ordeal is over and Emily is healthy and “normal”. Words cannot describe the pain of a parent watching their child endure many medical procedures, receive toxic medicine into their little bodies, hospital days confined in their rooms for days, weeks, months, etc. The parents of these children face horrendous fear on a daily basis waiting on every test results and not knowing the outcome of their child’s disease.
Your contribution to EHH goes DIRECTLY to families at Rainbow who have children with a life-threatening disease. 100% of the money I raise goes to Rainbow and through the Emily’s Hopeful Holiday Fund, they will continue to assist families with their bills and alleviate at least a little bit of stress in their lives.
I know times are tough for EVERYONE…but imagine having a child with a life-threatening illness and enduring these tough economic times.
